Stunning wedding dresses at charity prices
Brides-to-be can take the struggle and cost out of finding the perfect outfit for their big day, thanks to a new bridal department in a Wollaton charity shop.
Treetops Hospice, which provides end of life care for adults in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, will open its dedicated bridal lounge above its charity shop on Bramcote Lane, on Wednesday 10 April.
It stocks beautiful wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride outfits, all new or pre-loved. There are also hats, bags and accessories to complete your look.
A personal shopping service, by appointment only, is offered to ensure brides and bridesmaids get the attention and time they need. To book, call Polly or Di on 0115 928 9165.
Polly Lang, shop manager, said: “Our wedding dresses range from as little as £50 up to £500, and with many different styles we aim to cater for everyone.”
It’s not just the value for money that is attracting customers to the new bridal store, as Polly added: “By buying your outfit new or pre-loved from Treetops, you will be helping a local charity support people who are terminally ill.”
Brides and their entourage are invited to a special launch event for the new department on Wednesday 10 April. From 1pm to 3pm you can pop in for a glass of bubbly and a chance to browse the collection. Please book in advance by calling Polly on 0115 928 9165 or email bramcote@treetopshospice.org.uk
Polly’s love of hats and ‘posh frocks’ makes this the perfect progression from the shop’s normal clothing range. She said: “Bridal outfits have always been sold at our charity shops throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and by bringing them together in this new department we can offer a great range and service to our customers.”
