TREETOPS HOSPICE UP FOR NATIONAL AWARD

TREETOPS Hospice has been shortlisted in two categories of the national Third Sector Excellence Awards.

The hospice in Risley, near Ilkeston, is in the running for the Communications Campaign and Corporate Partnership prizes.

In the past year, staff have been trying to raise money to build a new care centre for people with life-limiting diseases with their Ripple Appeal.

The awards take place on September 24 in London.
