Helen's Book is a colourful recipe
book containing the favourite creations of Helen Beechinor's many friends in the opera world and includes star
contributions from the world renowned tenor Jose Carreras and the comedienne Jo Brand. Helen and her family enjoyed
immense support from Treetops Hospice during her illness in 2007 and she would be so pleased to know that 100% of the sale
of every book will be donated to Treetops, thanks to support from Menezes Ophthalmic & Medical Services and from Mrs
Mary Chippendale.
Helen's Book will raise funds for the general running of Treetops
Hospice, the new daycare centre and the vitally important Hospice at Home service.
