Treetops Hospice - Donations in lieu of Flowers

Donations in lieu of flowers Many people ask friends and family to make donations to Treetops Hospice instead of sending funeral flowers. These donations can be made tax efficient if we have the appropriate gift aid declarations. Our form for donations in lieu of flowers (click below to view) is designed to help you. The person making the donation can print off and complete the form, then send it either to Treetops Hospice or to the funeral director with their donation. Donors can be assured that we will not put their details on our database unless they specifically ask us to, and the information will be used solely for Inland Revenue audit purposes.
