WHAT DO VOLUNTEERS DO?

There is a wide range of volunteering roles covering all aspects of running Treetops Hospice. If you decide to apply for one of these positions, you will be given full training before you start and be supported throughout your time with us.

Our volunteer gardeners get to work below.

Below are some of the roles our volunteers do:

Driving or escorting guests to and from Day Care
Helping at an event, e.g. the Easter egg hunt or a car boot sale
Assisting the care staff in Day Care
Preparing light meals and serving in our coffee shop at the Nottingham Magistrates Court
Providing reception services
Helping maintain the grounds of Treetops Hospice in Risley
Helping in one of our shops
Providing one to one bereavement support
Helping the kitchen staff provide meals for our guests
Being part of our lottery team
Supporting our administration and finance team.
