We’re investing in our community fundraising team by recruiting this new role to work with the Community Relationships Manager.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, with an outgoing personality, who can walk into a room and make friends.  Someone who can help to make Treetops famous in the villages and towns we serve.

You will have the confidence to knock on doors and pop into pubs, doctors’ surgeries, shops, factories, and offices. You’ll chat to community leaders, talk in assemblies and to community groups and support people and organisations who raise money for Treetops. You will react quickly to opportunities, recruiting onto Treetops events and passing leads to colleagues.

This role provides a great introduction to fundraising and the charity sector. You’ll work with an experienced and successful Community Relationships Manager and gain knowledge and experience that will form the foundation of your fundraising career.

You will spend 2-3 days a week in the community and 1-2 days in the office. On occasions you may work early mornings, evenings and weekends – time will be given back for this.

We’re a friendly bunch of people to work with. We have lovely grounds to walk around at lunch time and parking won’t cost you a penny.

Fundraising experience isn’t essential. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate transferable skills and experience from other sectors such as sales, hospitality or retail.
