37 hours per week

Salary: c £37,000 plus benefits

We are seeking a talented professional to support and advise the Chief Executive in appraising and developing present and future fundraising strategy and to head up the fundraising team which consists of corporate, trusts, events and community fundraisers, whilst having direct responsibility for generating income through individual giving.

The successful applicant will have substantial experience of successfully developing and implementing fundraising strategy with demonstrable experience of leading the growth of fundraised income across a wide variety of income streams.

Also important is experience of leading, motivating and managing a team to deliver targets; strong planning and organisational skills, excellent prioritising and time management skills, the ability to analyse figures and complex information and report accurately and appropriately.

He/she will possess the ability to build relationships and networks, to influence people across a wide spectrum; possess excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
