Full or Part time (7.5hrs per day, Monday – Friday)

Salary: £10.33 per hour

We are currently recruiting a creative and innovative thinker to join our Wellbeing Services Team on a flexible rota (3 days a week, Monday-Friday).

You will be a Health Care Assistant with NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s post registration and experience in palliative care.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with an empathic and compassionate nature. You will be working within our new Wellbeing@Home service supporting patients in their own homes. A strong ability to be forward thinking to provide an empowering approach to palliative care is essential. You will be joining Treetops at a time of exciting change as we develop and expand our Wellbeing Services in the community, supporting people’s independence and maintenance of health and wellbeing.
