£8,923 per annum (£22,010 FTE per annum)

Based at Treetops Hospice, Risley, the main purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for our amazing supporters. You’ll work across all income streams with a focus on Individual Giving, working alongside the Community Relationships Assistant for events and community.

You will support our Relationship Managers by responding to supporter queries, liaising with volunteers, assisting with the administration of our weekly Lottery, thanking donors, managing resources and updating supporter records using our CRM. You’ll also help steward our supporters, create fundraising resources and be a part of the team at fundraising events.

This is a great opportunity to develop a variety of fundraising skills and work with a team of dedicated, hardworking fundraisers who together, raise the funds required to provide Treetops services within our community.
