16 hours per week

£10.06 per hour

The successful applicant will assist with all types of departmental administration and organisation which will include correspondence, filing, data input, checking expenses and documents, compiling management information and assisting in the organisation of events and projects.

The person we select will be numerate and will have excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, be fully computer literate with a thorough working knowledge in all aspects of Microsoft Office and be able to work under pressure in a very busy office environment.

The successful candidate will need to deal with changing priorities and assimilating and responding to information from a variety of sources.

Also important is the ability to relate to people, with a supportive and empathetic approach and a kind and compassionate personality.
