Treetops Lottery Self Exclusion Policy
As part of the Treetops Lottery social responsibility policy, we offer the ability to self-exclude from gambling with us. If for any reason you want to have a break from gambling, you can request that we exclude you from all communications and exclude you from lottery draws for a minimum period of 6 months, during which time it will not be possible for the account(s) to be re-activated for any reason.
Self-exclusion is a formal process. After the initial exclusion period you can request to renew this for a further 6 months if you wish, by emailing email@example.com.
In order to reactivate your membership at the end of your exclusion period you will need to contact us, we will not contact you at the end of your exclusion period. If we do not hear from you, your Self-exclusion will remain in place for up to 7 years.
Throughout your exclusion period we will endeavour to refrain from sending you any marketing materials. We will also do our best to prevent you from opening a new membership.
There are two ways you can request self-exclusion from Treetops Lottery.
You can request self-exclusion by downloading and printing the form here [Hyperlink to downloadable form] or alternatively contact us to request a printed copy. You can return your completed form to FREEPOST TREETOPS and it'll reach us.
You can click here to complete the form and submit it online.
Please Note: This is NOT a cancellation request. If you would like to cancel an existing membership please email firstname.lastname@example.org

If you feel you need to talk to someone or ask for advice about problem gambling then further support can be found at www.begambleaware.org
Alternatively, GamCare is a registered charity that provides confidential telephone support and counselling to anyone who is affected by problem gambling. GamCare can be contacted on 0808 8020 133 (local rate from UK).
