When you are living with a life-limiting illness it can be difficult to know how to work out what is most important for you and how to achieve it.
Supporting you to care for yourself
Our friendly and supportive team understand that well-being is about every area of your life including physical, emotional, spiritual and social aspects.
The well-being day offers support to help you deal with concerns that may arise as a result of your condition and aims to enhance your capacity to care for yourself.
Our well-being day has been launched to help you identify goals and give you the support you need to reach them. The workshops and sessions are created to give you the skills and knowledge to be able to manage and maintain your quality of life.
Maintaining normality to your life at a time when things are changing can be extremely important.
