In light of the current situation, Treetops has made the difficult decision to suspend all Wellbeing Services until further notice. This includes our Wellbeing Café, Spa Days (supported bathing sessions) and MNDa Support Group as well as weekly/monthly groups and activities.
We are considering a number of alternative ways in which we can continue to support all those who’ve been attending our Wellbeing sessions.
If you have any questions about our Wellbeing Services, please contact the Wellbeing Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0115 949 1264.

Enjoy a light lunch, overlooking our woodland and gardens.
Having a life-limiting illness can lead to being overwhelmed with feelings of exhaustion, anxiety and fear of the unknown. Healthy Minds is a nurse-led group which gives you a toolkit of skills and relaxation techniques to enable you to cope with these feelings. Whilst it is not possible to take away your illness, the toolkit will help to keep your mind healthy.
The Gardening Club offers people the chance to do a number of gardening activities such as sowing seeds, planting up hanging baskets, guided tours round the grounds at Treetops with an expert gardener and garden centre visits. The activities will be adapted for all abilities so all are welcome.
Art Group (Seasonal)
The Art Group offers people the chance to do a range of art with the expert support and guidance of members of the Smalley Art Group. All abilities (artistic and physical) welcomed.
