Treetops Lottery Self Exclusion Policy

As part of the Treetops Lottery social responsibility policy, we offer the ability to self-exclude from gambling with us. If for any reason you want to have a break from gambling, you can request that we exclude you from all communications and exclude you from lottery draws for a minimum period of 6 months, during which time it will not be possible for the account(s) to be re-activated for any reason.

Self-exclusion is a formal process. After the initial exclusion period you can request to renew this for a further 6 months if you wish, by emailing lottery@treetopshospice.org.uk.

In order to reactivate your membership at the end of your exclusion period you will need to contact us, we will not contact you at the end of your exclusion period. If we do not hear from you, your Self-exclusion will remain in place for up to 7 years.

Throughout your exclusion period we will endeavour to refrain from sending you any marketing materials. We will also do our best to prevent you from opening a new membership.

There are two ways you can request self-exclusion from Treetops Lottery.

You can request self-exclusion by downloading and printing the form. Alternatively, contact us to request a printed copy and return to FREEPOST TREETOPS and it'll reach us.
