A charity golf day arranged by Nottingham-based Barratt Homes North Midlands has raised over £6,200 for its Charity of the Year, Treetops Hospice Care.

83 golfers, including Barratt Homes’ employees and representatives from the charity, took part in the tournament, which was held at Ramsdale Park Golf Centre in Calverton.

The tournament was won by a team made up of Hallam Land and the Barratt Homes’ Land department and an enjoyable afternoon was had by all, with additional fundraising activities such as a raffle taking place on the day.

Treetops Hospice Care is a charity providing nursing care and emotional support for adults and their families in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Their mission is to make every day count for patients living with life-limiting illnesses and their families, or those affected by bereavement.
