We run weekly cafes, exercise sessions and support groups.
The purpose-built Wellbeing Space in Risley is set within 12.5 acres of countryside within easy reach of Derby and Nottingham and open Monday to Friday.
Our Wellbeing Space has a hearing loop and amplifying equipment. Our staff and volunteers are trained in Makaton.
It’s given me something to look forward to and something to get up for.
