Group of people doing seated exercises

We run weekly cafes, exercise sessions and support groups.

The purpose-built Wellbeing Space in Risley is set within 12.5 acres of countryside within easy reach of Derby and Nottingham and open Monday to Friday.

Our Wellbeing Space has a hearing loop and amplifying equipment. Our staff and volunteers are trained in Makaton.

It’s given me something to look forward to and something to get up for.

If you have any questions about our Wellbeing Services, please contact the Wellbeing Team on wellbeing@treetopshospice.org.uk or call 0115 949 1264.

Treetops Hospice is a registered charity, which costs £4.3 million each year to run. We have to raise 70% of this, £8,300 a day, through voluntary donations, our shops, fundraising events, lottery memberships and gifts in wills.
