Our Wellbeing Space offers a calm, compassionate environment for people living with a life‑limiting illness and for those who are bereaved.
Each week, we run supportive group sessions where individuals can share experiences, reflect, and connect with others who understand the challenges they may be facing. Alongside this, our Support and Information Café provides a gentle, informal drop‑in setting where people can access guidance, information, and signposting, or simply spend time with others in a supportive atmosphere.
Together, these sessions aim to reduce isolation, offer comfort, and provide reassurance during some of life’s most difficult moments.
“It’s given me something to look forward to and something to get up for”
