A unique and innovative approach to Future/Advance Care Planning for people and communities who experience inequity accessing palliative and end-of-life care.
It uses arts-based methods to support people to think about future/advance care planning, whilst ensuring the process is inclusive and accessible.
We believe that everyone has the right to receive equitable palliative and end-of-life care.
Each session is led by experienced facilitators and offers practical guidance, open discussion, and support.

Treetops Hospice is a registered charity. It costs over £5.7 million a year to keep our doors open, but we only get a little funding from government bodies, roughly 18%. The rest of our funding comes from supporters.
