In the Film, you'll hear from Tammy, Healthcare Assistant with our Hospice at Home team. Tammy talks about how we help families reminisce at a loved one's bedside.
And Jules, our Therapeutic Services Manager, explains how positive memories can help people after the death of a family member or friend.
The Film also includes some of the memories people have shared with us about their loved ones. It ends with the names of those whose light is shining on the Treetops Light up a Life Tree. (Names of loved ones are included if received by 20 November 2023.)
