We want to thank everyone for their support over the last twelve months. With your help, we have provided care to over 2,000 patients and families since the start of the year.

Our Chief Executive, Julie Heath, is extending her “heartfelt thanks to all our donors, volunteers and supporters" in a special video, which also features patients, volunteers and staff.

“We have reached the end of yet another difficult year, but thanks to the kind support from the local community, our Hospice at Home nurses have provided almost 24,000 hours of nursing care to patients in their own homes, at the very end of life.

"Our counsellors have provided over 4,300 sessions for bereaved adults and children, and for adults diagnosed with a life-limiting condition.

“And we've offered over 1,100 Wellbeing sessions to patients in person or via Zoom and made over 1,500 welfare calls.

“We have been able to welcome patients through our doors safely again, and as we go into 2022, we’re further developing the care we can offer in people’s own homes.

We couldn’t have achieved all of this without local support and on behalf of us all here at Treetops, I want to thank everyone who’s helped us this year.
