The successful candidate will have broad-based office and administration experience with knowledge of using Accounts software and journal work. An AAT qualification or similar would be desirable but is not essential for the role. The duties include mainly clerical duties and assisting the development and delivery of People Services processes and procedures. You will have experience of working accurately to deadlines in a busy environment and be able to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality. Previous experience of dealing with HR/Volunteer administration is required, as is experience of database input; hands on experience of dealing with people issues either in an HR/Volunteer or a line management capacity would also be an advantage.
