It uses arts-based methods to support people to think about future care planning, whilst ensuring the process is inclusive and accessible.
We believe that everyone has the right to receive equitable palliative and end-of-life care.
Each session is led by experienced facilitators and offers practical guidance, open discussion, and support.

Treetops Hospice is a registered charity. It costs over £5.7 million a year to keep our doors open, but we only get a little funding from government bodies, roughly 18%. The rest of our funding comes from supporters.
