Treetops Hospice invites you to honour the memory of someone special by dedicating a metal Forget‑Me‑Not flower as part of our inaugural Memory Meadow, taking place this summer.
On Saturday 20 June 2026, the hospice gardens will be transformed into a tranquil space of reflection and remembrance, with 500 Forget-Me-Not flowers. Each Forget‑Me‑Not sculpture, measuring approximately 8cm wide and standing 35cm tall, will form part of a beautiful collective tribute, creating a moving display for families, friends, and our wider community.
Dedicate a Forget‑Me‑Not
For £30, you can reserve your own engraved Forget‑Me‑Not flower in memory of someone dear. Your tribute will join hundreds of others in a shared celebration of love and life.
After the installation concludes, your Forget‑Me‑Not will be yours to keep — a lasting symbol of remembrance for your home or garden. Each flower is mounted on a steel pole for easy placement. Flowers can be collected from the hospice or posted to you.
Prices:
- Flower with engraving: £30
- Flower without engraving: £27
- Postage (after the event, if not collecting): £3.95

A message from Treetops
Robin Langrishe, Head of Community Relationships, shares: “Each Forget‑Me‑Not is a personal tribute. It represents someone loved, someone missed, and someone remembered. It’s also a beautiful keepsake, a symbol of peace and comfort for all those we care for. We invite everyone to join us in creating a moment of beauty and reflection this summer.”
