Treetops Hospice provides palliative care for adults with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, multiple sclerosis and motor neurone disease.
We do this at our Day Care Centre in Risley or via Treetops Hospice nurses who travel across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire providing end of life care at home.
