How your donation makes a difference
For more than 40 years, Treetops Hospice has been there for local people and families facing the challenges of a life-limiting illness, end-of-life care and bereavement. As the UK’s largest non-bedded hospice, we provide compassionate support from diagnosis onwards, helping people live well, die with dignity, and navigate grief when a loved one dies.
All of our services are free of charge, but they are only possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
It costs over £6 million every year to keep Treetops running, and while we receive some funding from government bodies, it covers just 18.2% of what we need. The remaining income comes from the generosity of supporters like you.

Your donation helps Treetops Hospice provide compassionate care and support to patients living with a life-limiting illness, as well as emotional and practical support for their families. Donations help fund services including Hospice at Home nursing care, counselling, bereavement support and other vital services for people across Derby and Derbyshire
Yes. You can set up a regular monthly donation to provide ongoing support for Treetops Hospice. Regular gifts help the hospice plan ahead and ensure patients and families continue to receive care when they need it most
Yes. You can make a donation in memory of someone special as a meaningful way to celebrate their life and create a lasting tribute. Treetops Hospice offers a range of ways to remember loved ones while supporting hospice care
Yes. If you are a UK taxpayer, you may be able to add Gift Aid to your donation. This allows Treetops Hospice to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.

For security reasons, please do not send cash.
If you prefer to make your donation over the phone from a debit or credit card please call our Community Relationships Team on 0115 865 6000.
You can bring your donation to the hospice (Monday to Friday 9:30am-4:30pm), or take it to your local shop. Find your local shop here.
Payroll giving allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly and on a tax free basis to Treetops Hospice.
