Our Empower Programme is a personalised programme of support , activity and education for people with a life-limiting illness, including dementia.

The programme length will run at a pace to suit you, and can be between eight and 12 weeks, throughout which you’ll be supported in one-to-one or small group settings by the programme facilitator.

How the course will help you:

Maintain control over your life and make informed decisions
Enhance your personal skills and build your resilience
Manage your symptoms and develop coping strategies
Set person-centred goals to improve or maintain your quality of life
