Communication skills workshop incorporating Advance Care Planning LISTEN principles (foundation level)
A 3 hour workshop suitable as essential to role communications skills training to all staff group, introducing empathy training, refreshing facilitative skills and focusing on advance care planning / personalisation conversations.
Aims for the professional:
- Increased job satisfaction
- Improved confidence; feeling valued within their role; being given ‘permission’ and motivation around having these conversations (Watson & Hembrow, 2019)

The courses are either online or held at Treetops Hospice, Derby Road, Risley, Derbyshire. DE72 3SS
