Communication skills workshop incorporating Advance Care Planning LISTEN principles (foundation level)
A 3 hour workshop suitable as essential to role communications skills training to all staff group, introducing empathy training, refreshing facilitative skills and focusing on advance care planning / personalisation conversations.
