At Treetops Hospice, we believe everyone living within the communities we serve should have access to high-quality end-of-life care. We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Clinical Coordinator to join our Integrated Clinical Services team and help us deliver exceptional care and support to patients and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the Treetops Hospice Hub, supporting the coordination of our clinical services and ensuring patients, carers and healthcare professionals receive a responsive and seamless experience.
As Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational delivery of our clinical services. Working closely with our Palliative Care Nurses, you will help coordinate referrals, services, volunteers, patient feedback and data reporting.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be coordinating the Day Roaming Service and organising volunteer cover for a support group, while the next you could be producing service reports, gathering patient feedback or supporting the delivery of our Support and Information Cafés.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who enjoys working in a healthcare, community or voluntary sector environment and wants to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis, and if successful, we will contact you for an interview.
To apply please send your completed application form to Danielle Hadley at: Applications@treetopshospice.org.uk
Closing date: Thursday 17 September
Interview date: Wednesday 23 September
Job DescriptionTreetops encourages applications from all who meet the job criteria, irrespective of age, race, gender, disability, belief, sexual orientation or socio-economic background.
Thank you for your interest in Treetops Hospice.
